Standard shipping within Australia = $10
Express shipping within Australia = $15
We ship all orders within Australia through Australia Post. You can track estimated delivery times through the Australia Post website with the provided AusPost Tracking Number.

International
International shipping will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent via Australia Post. You can track estimated delivery times through the Australia Post website with the provided AusPost Tracking Number.

Upon dispatch, responsibility shifts to our postal service, who are accountable for the safe delivery of your parcel. Any issues during transit should be addressed directly with Australia Post.

Returns and Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or refunds. Exchanges can be accommodated within a one-week period of delivery (excluding Sale items).

Please note that for hygienic purposes, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
